Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

Rescheduling of your appointment can be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date. Failure to provide this notice will result in a loss of deposit.

No Show

Failure to show at your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of deposit and you will not be able to book any future treatments with us.

Deposits

To secure your booking, we require a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This can be paid by direct deposit or a payment link we can send you on request.

The deposit will go towards your treatment balance due in the salon on the day of your appointment.

Online Bookings

You can view and book available appointments through our partner site here

When booking online, all clients are required to enter credit card details at the time of booking. A fee of 10% of the treatment cost will be charged to your card for no show or late cancellation under 24 hours prior notice.

No Companions

We ask that you please attend your appointment alone due to limit in number of people we can host in the salon. This helps us maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all clients and staff.

Children & Infants

For occupational health and safety reasons, we do not allow children to enter the treatment room or be left alone in the waiting area.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we see fit.
